Introduction Market Data Compact

Let's keep this thread a **pure** TA forum on the QQQ, NAS-100 COMPX cash or futures contracts.

QQQ is the trading symbol for the Nasdaq-100 Trust, Series 1. It is a unit investment trust that tracks the price of the stocks which make up the Nasdaq-100 Index (these are the largest and most-actively traded companies on the Nasdaq exchange). QQQ trades on the AMEX. The price of QQQ generally corresponds to the performance of its component equities.

I also started a FREE (and it will always remain completely FREE) IRC channel for active traders in nasdaq NQ futures and QQQs. There are other IRC rooms that specialize in INDEX trades but they are NOT FREE. There are also many stock-based chat rooms with few INDEX or QQQ traders in them. Our "Indexchat" room will be different. It will focus ONLY on the indices and index trust stocks.
