B: The Cyber Group Network Corp. Successfully Hosts Its First-Ever, Live Public
Demonstration of E-Snitch

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif., Nov 13, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- CyberCrime Corp., a
Wholly Owned Subsidiary Of The Cyber Group Network Corp. Proves To Impartial
Witnesses The True and Unique Functionality

And Utility Of E-Snitch Via Teleconference Call And To Attendees

The Cyber Group Network Corp. (OTCBB:CGPN) Monday announced it successfully
demonstrated the functionality and capabilities of E-Snitch (formerly C-4 Chip)
to hundreds on Thursday, Nov. 9, 2000 live, via teleconference and to attendees.

About E-Snitch (formerly C-4 Chip):

The E-Snitch Device will be able to locate missing and stolen computers or other
devices globally within 5 feet of their location.

Upon discovery of the missing and/or stolen computers, CyberCrime consumers will
be able to utilize a toll-free number, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in
more than 20 countries to report their stolen or misplaced computers that are
stationary or in transit. Victims will then be offered several solutions for
retrieval of their unit/information.

Features/Benefits of E-Snitch

E-Snitch Version-1 has the following capabilities:

-- Track stolen/missing computers. -- Retrieve information off the hard drive in
certain areas. All

without being connected to a landline. -- Track the system and destroy the
information on the hard drive. -- Send out a beacon sound. -- Password-protected
hard drive disk. -- Wireless e-mail functionality. -- Receive news, weather,
sports, stock quotes and other information

while the computer/device is turned off.

About The Teleconference Demonstration:

On Nov. 9, 2000, at 10:30 a.m. PST, the company provided a live 1- hour,
34-minute demonstration to hundreds via teleconference call and to attendees
describing three of the main features of E-Snitch.

Attendees included: Warren Scheibe, private investor, Troy Cook, law enforcement
official for San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department, Hi-Tech Crime Division,
Dan Evans, reporter for The San Bernardino County Sun and Rose Baird, AT&T.

These independent and impartial witnesses were asked to participate in the
demonstration to confirm and verify three of the main functionalities of
E-Snitch: tracking of the unit, retrieval of the information and destruction of
the information. The live demonstration entailed the following:

Three of the four attendees (Baird, Evans and Scheibe) created a new document,
saving it to a secure file location on the E-Snitch laptop. Next, Baird, Evans
and Scheibe selected a vehicle, and drove to a random location of their choice,
accompanied by a CyberCrime representative and the E-Snitch laptop which
contained the file each of the participants created.

Cook resided at company headquarters verifying the tracking of the unit,
retrieval of the information and the destruction of the information. The
CyberCrime team successfully retrieved the unit, information/file that the
participants created from the E-Snitch laptop. Results were confirmed by all
independent and impartial attendees and read aloud.

Evans stated: "The E-Snitch prototype tracked a computer in real time through
the use of global positioning satellites. It also downloaded a file off the
laptop computer and was able to destroy the file off the hard drive of the
computer. Maybe best of all, the device doesn't have to be connected to any hard
line to be activated."

Cook stated: "I think there is a lot of potential for this. Hi-tech crime has
become such a big topic in San Bernardino County, the sheriffs department
started an investigative unit in December. You're constantly trying to stay up
with security for crime prevention, and this is the only product of its kind
I've seen. I think this is a good idea."

Scheibe stated: "Computer security is very important to me, because I don't want
my data in the streets. It not only works, it works well."

Baird stated, "This by far exceeded my expectations."

The company will display the E-Snitch device at COMDEX Fall 2000, and will
provide an audio/video demonstration of the teleconference call for the purposes
of promoting and verifying the device.

An encore of the teleconference call can be accessed by calling: United States
and Canada -- 800/642-1687 and International callers -- 706/645-9291, conference
code confirmation number: 250650. The encore will be available until Monday,
Nov. 13, 2000 at which time, the company will provide video copies to interested
parties and post a transcript of the call at www.cybercrimecorp.com.

Nisha Kapoor, spokesperson for CGPN stated: "We successfully proved to impartial
witnesses the true and unique functionalities and capabilities of E-Snitch. The
company is extremely pleased with the overwhelming and continuous response and
interest generated by the teleconference. Hundreds participated at the live
demonstrations, and even more are joining in to the encore presentation.
