Introduction Compact

Some of the recent news is about Clinton and his legacy. How about some thoughts. Two that stand out are:

1. In 1992 when Clinton was elected, the Democrats controlled the White House, Senate and House of Representatives.....as Clinton departs, the Repubicans control all three.

2. The Clinton's VP lost the election.

hummm??? or is lying under oath also a legacy?
