How many times have you looked to see companies you know drop in half, just for not making their numbers, being rejected by the FDA, fraud, or some other reason.

Did you see it coming?

This thread is designed for those who believe that certain stocks will suffer due to one (or more) of the above reasons. It may be harder to find them now, since so many are down sharply from their respective high, but they are still out there.
