Contest for Acceptable Salutations

Rather than alter each others' alias in order to pick a fight, I propose to create a list of all acceptable Alternate Salutations on this thread.
I want to raise the bar here on creative flaming, as it were. For example, I've been called "Chicken Brains", and "Tastes Like Wabbit." Not only are these salutations silly, but they are not very creative.
Here's my idea: we start with the letter "A" and work through the alphabet. Once we have one moniker/salutation for a letter, we go to the next one. If we are on the letter "D" and you have a "C" or a "B", you can post it.
No profanity, but I want to see what the boundaries are here - for example, "asswipe" might be allowed, and I don't know it. It's allowed on MTV, so it might be OK here. I personally would never ever call anyone an asswipe, but that is not the contest.
Then we can vote on the best ones, and Admin Jeff can make the Final Call.
The best one I personally have ever seen in my life is "OB Gyn Kenobi", but that's just me. You might not find that one really amusing, but you'll have to admit it's extrememly creative. My second favorite is "jackhole".
P.S. The word "moron" has come to be a salutation that has been adjudicated by SI as unacceptable, so skip "moron" when we get to "M". I've gotten away with "bonehead", "dillweed", and "dork" myself, so those are three I know will pass the Administration Survey.
