I have a feeling that this is going to be one of the best opportunities out there in the next few years. Right now SPHC is on the tail end of a vicious legal battle with the founder of the company. Apparently, the founder started the company with a drug that he didn't own. Fortunately, the people that came in to help him, were not only able to raise the money needed to bring SPHC to this point in time, but they have been able to purchase the original drug patent as well as fighting the founder successfully in court.
Unfortunately, the fight has taken it's toll on some of the shareholders who decided to sell. Also, it is quite likely that the ex-founder and his croonies are selling their shares in an effort to kill the company before the axe falls on them in the court of law.
And the results of this is a very low stock price. And that is an opportunity.
