Introduction Market Data Compact

I've been following this company for 2 years. It just made what looks to be an exhaustion bottom. The President is a Native American and has plans to build 18 NG generation plants on Indian reservations across the USA, as well as some other creative ideas. Is this another Calpine(CPN)?
