Introduction Market Data Compact

Does anybody have an opinion on this company ?
I read about how KSU is 'the' prime takeover target for a company like Union Pacific, but on the other hand, i read about how the Gov will scrutinize every possible aspect of any railroad mergers/takeovers, and that might be scaring some away.
