With U.S. indexes about to test new lows, it's wise to look at companies who are standing out, with the theory that if they bend just a little bit, the consequence would be severe.

How hot can this sector be --and how long? With insider selling, and a secondary offering (4M shares) last month raising $250M, it seems management thinks the stock is at least properly valued. Since most execs consider their stock to be undervalued, "properly valued" shoul make current shareholders and potential shorters nervous. I believe that after giving proper time for the lead underwriter to off-load its shares, the stock will adjust to a "normal" range.

@15:19:06, the stock traded for $73.08 (.01-.09 spread), with volume of around 575K shares, up ~$1.5 for the day. Dow is @ 9840, down 190; Nasdaq 1707, down 51; S&P 1101, down 23. The stock has a 52-wk low of $26.875, and a high (reached Aug 30) of $76.46.
