Introduction Market Data Compact

I am interested in keeping the focus on the developments at INCO alive. It has been a long road for all of us Voisey Bay shareholders who now are warrent holders in INCO and it would be good to keep the flow of information coming. I have heard rumours that an agreemen has been reached with the government in Newfoundland. Can anyone shed additional light on that?
