The judgment affirms Inmet's position that Homestake wrongfully repudiated its agreement to purchase the Troilus mine in 1997 and awards Inmet damages in lieu of specific performance in the amount of $88.2-million. Inmet understands that the complete judgment will be posted in due course on the Web site of the British Columbia Supreme Court at www.courts.gov.bc.ca.
