Cyberguard is no longer the former Harris Corporation, its name now stands on its own as a technology innovator. According to Barrons on Jan. 21, 2002, JP Morgan estimates a 43% rise in IT security spending for this year(Page 16), and this is just the beginning.

Several years has passed since the delisting and the new mangement have been pounding away at all of the issues that faced this company and it is now time for a reemergence.
