You are invited to share research and make 'buy' recommendations on quality small-to-mid cap tech stocks.

Recommended stocks should meet the following criteria:

- involved in a high potential growth tech market
- year-to-year revenue growth
- year-to-year earnings growth
- low debt
- substantial cash-on-hand
- shares outstanding of 80 million or less
- float of 40 million or less
- institutional ownership greater than 25% of float

With most signs pointing towards a recovering economy, the Nasdaq is poised for a rise over the immediate future, with the potential to make a great deal of money.

All recommendations should include thorough DD.

All recommendations with thorough DD included will be tracked and a status report (recommmender, recommended buy price, current price) will be posted weekly.
