Alpha Pro Tech, Ltd., incorporated in 1983, develops, manufactures and markets disposable protective apparel and consumer products for the cleanroom, food services, industrial, medical, dental and consumer markets and are primarily sold under the Alpha Pro Tech brand name and for use under private label. The Company's products are classified into five groups, disposable protective apparel consisting of a complete line of shoecovers, headcovers, gowns, coveralls and labcoats, food industry apparel consisting of a line of automated shoecovers, sleeve protectors, aprons and face shields, infection control products consisting of a line of face masks and face shields, extended care products consisting of a line of mattress overlays, wheelchair covers, geriatric chair surfaces, operating room table surfaces and pediatric surfaces and consumer products consisting of a line of pet bedding and pet toys. The Company's products are grouped into three segments: apparel, mask/shield and extended care.
