I think he is a Klingon. For real.

Not the phony scary TV ones like Worf and Duras and Galron or those two Sisty Uglers with the booby armor and dental prothetics from the movie, I mean the other ones from the original series when they had no makeup budget and had to use real Klingons with the shirt and boots from K-Mart. Those Klingons are the real Klingons I think, because they look like Gerald Seib.

Not that there is anything wrong with that.
