Let's talk about Circuit City, the USA's #2 retailer of brand-name consumer electronics, personal computers and entertainment software. Slugging it out with the sector leader, Best Buy, both stocks are currently struggling, now over 50% off recent highs.

I believe history will prove that CC's current stock price of $14 makes it a "no brainer" for long term investors. Do you agree???
