(OTCBB:BSNK - News), announces the completion of a VOD distribution deal with TVN Entertainment Corporation. Under the terms of the agreement TVN Entertainment Corporation will provide the VOD services for Brands Shopping Channel on Demand. Under the terms of the agreement TVN will have an exclusive right to provide Brands Shopping Channel with its VOD services to bring menu driven shopping to consumers through their digital cable system.
