Tom's statement last night should self-implode him politically, and Natalie is pretty much history as a commercial artist, so it makes sense to have them switch places. Natalie will be the first woman Senate Majority Leader, and Tom will sound so much different that everyone will buy more CDs. It makes total sense to me.
