Since mid-Decmber of 2003, TIGR shares prices have soared from a nickel and over the past two weeks have found solid support above 20 cents.

And considering that over 25 million shares have recently changed hands at prices over 20 cents, with over 10 million of those at prices over 25 cents, Sparky thinks the 20 cent area will continue to provide firm support, if needed.
