Hey Ya!

Mort is the owner and head baker at the pastry shop I go to a couple mornings out of the week for a pastry and a double tall latte. He is the friendliest guy for coming into work at 3am every weekday and always has a smile on his face. If I request a pastry that happens to be freshly baking in the back, Mort will tell me to wait a couple minutes and then gets me a warm and freshly baked pastry. Not only that, his wife Selma makes a heck of a good latte!!

Mort and Selma....this is for you!
