Introduction Compact
Fidelity provides the ability to route trades directly to ECNs (bypassing their Market Makers) yet they won't follow up with the ECN when there are execution problems even when you have a black and white case.

Their basic attitude is: "well you went to an ECN instead of making our MMs rich so tough luck".

Have you had execution problems with Fidelity?

And oh, by the way, they have the WORST software out there for trading.
