I am alerting you to the fact that the COO and the VP of Corporate Development have bought a total of 65,000 of shares on the open market during the last three days. Price ranges were between 12.27 and 12.98 per shares.

This is also significant due to the fast that none of the insiders of this company (Wireless Facilities) have bought any shares on the open market during the last 30 months. There have only been sells.
