Signature Resources Ltd. is a recently reorganized Canadian based mining exploration company, actively seeking advanced base metal and gold projects in North America, and Africa. The company is well funded, and currently has 4.9 million shares issued and outstanding.

The company is an ideal candidate for a take-out by a powerful group looking to bring a significant mineral project into a tightly held company.

I'd expect to hear more news from Signature in the ensuing months. Last trade was $.25.
