Introduction Market Data Compact

I took a large loss this past week (7/22) on CPRT. It closed 8% lower than the previous day and at one time was 12% lower. The thing that baffles me is that usually for such a large loss in one day there is some type of news or event and I can find nothing. Maybe it was just normal market action ... If anyone has any thoughts on this, I'd be interested.
