The Company holds oil and gas production and exploration assets in Russia and Texas as well as a strategic investment in Rincon Energy Partners, a U.S. based oil and gas prospect generation company specializing in Gulf Coast and California oil and gas exploration.

Valkyries business strategy is to:

* Identify exploration and production opportunities.
* Combine low risk exploration and production projects for cash flow with higher risk upside exploration.
* Build a marketable reserve base through exploration and acquisition.

The Company trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "VPC".
