Please feel free to use this board to post links to archived videos on RobTV on the stocks and investment information you would like others to see at some future time without having to search your own threads. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS THREAD FOR DISCUSSION OF THESE VIDEOS BUT ONLY USE THIS THREAD TO LINK TO FROM THE THREAD YOU ARE DISCUSSING THE TOPIC ON. Here's how to do this: =============== In the subject Line of your post please start with the company name or main subject of the segment you wish to link to. There are a couple ways of posting the actual link without going to the trouble of asking people to go directly to the archived (watch past videos) link on their site and trying to explain what day, hour and minute the story can be found in. The easiest way is as follows: Please read this carefully: ~~~ First locate the story. Then run your cursor over the PLAY icon but do not launch it just yet. ~~~ With your cursor over the icon look down to the left just above your START button and on the task bar you will see the actual URL of the video. Notice that it is a long long URL? Look at the string of numbers and write down the last 5 on a piece of paper so you won't forget it. ~~~ Then launch the video and then close it down when you are finished. ~~~ Now you will use the AUTO COMPLETE feature of your address field on your browser and you will type in only this.....robtv and then you will most likely get a drop down list on the address thing and you will then search for the link with this exact five numbers in it. Then after you find it simply highlight it and copy it to your "clipboard" and then paste it in your message. Your message should look like my first message on this thread below.... | ||||||||||||
