The first mission is to seek out and select private companies deemed to have significant growth potential and acquire them at ‘early stage’ equity at corresponding ‘early stage’ prices. The role of the company will be to assist these companies in optimizing their growth while, at the same time, assisting and guiding their development toward becoming publicly traded companies.
