GREM USA is a development stage company focusing on design and manufacture of custom handmade and mass-produced electric and acoustic guitars, amplifiers and accessories. For more information, please contact Edward Miers, Chief Executive Officer, phone 260-456-2354. gremusa.com and additional designs can be viewed on the Greg Reszel website at gmreszel.com

After 4 years and 4 reverse splits, S-8 shares added quarterly to pay the consultants, Previous CEO Criminal charges with the SEC, Never reported any sales to date in the 10K's or annual reports with the SEC, Is this shell of a company about to become a real mass manufacturer of hand made guitars?

It seems after many years of S8 shares to pay the bills that Grem USA is in a due or dye stage of its development. They set up the factory, secured the machines and are about to start manufacturing product. The next six months will tell the story. Can this company really succeed?
