Mobile Data Corp. (Mobile), formerly Endeavor Explorations Inc., is a development-stage company. The Company is engaged in the in the business of acquiring new technologies for development and marketing. In July 2009, the Company abandoned its interest in eight mineral claims located in the Uranium City area of Northern Saskatchewan. In October 2009, Mobile acquired from Spidex Technologies (Spidex) all of the right, title and interest in a mobile data technology for Smartphones (the Technology), also known as mobile data computer (MDC) global positioning system (GPS) technology, that can run on GPS enabled Smartphones, including Blackberry Storm 2, Apple iPhone, Palm Pre, and Google Andriod devices.
