MineralRite Corporation 55 South Geneva Road Lindon, UT 84042 Phone: 801-796-8944 Email: info@mineralrite.com Website: mineralrite.com Guy Peckham CEO, President Roger Janssen Vice President, Secretary | | . | Shares Outstanding | 55,239,900 | a/o Aug 19, 2013 | | Float | Not Available | | Authorized Shares | 200,000,000 | Latest Report Sep 30, 2013 10-Q Incorporated In: NV, USA CIK 0001096296 Fiscal Year End 12/31 | MineralRite Corporation is in the business of mineral processing, certification and sales of precious metals. Based on current trends in the mining industry including recovery, processing and spot pricing, MineralRite will specialize in the extraction of precious metals from ore bodies. MineralRite's primary focus in the natural resource sector is gold. Using its advanced metals extraction technology, MineralRite is well positioned to meet the large demand for clean processing of precious metals including gold, platinum, rare earths and silver. The MineralRite process reduces the carbon footprint of traditional precious metals processing and recycles, reactivates and allows for the reuse of activated carbon for precious metals recovery. The company has two core business units to service the vast and expanding mineral industry, MRG (MineralRite Recovery Group) and MSG (MineralRite Sales Group). | | Mineral Rite has developed technology advancements in nano-deposition layering metals and the usage of catalytic metals (Platinum, Palladium, Iridium and Rhodium), which are able to outperform the industrial base metals in many applications. This is particularly applicable in the area of energy production. There is significant movement by society toward the usage of fuel cells, electrolysis cells, anode and cathode configurations, and catalytic reactor plates. All of these can be considered sustainable fuel technologies that will benefit from the technology advancements in catalytic metals, which is a key aspect of the company's success. Catalytic metals conduct energy at a much greater rate than traditional methods and when used in conjunction with nano-deposition layering are able to boost the performance of many electronic components. MineralRite will enter into a Lease/Joint Venture Agreement with its EPA approved facility in Nevada, enabling the company to complete its design plan for its Carbon Stripping Processing Line. The negotiated agreement consists of sufficient space and allocation of experienced personnel and management of the processing team already operating in this facility. The EPA has legislated changes within the mining industry to eliminate harmful processes that utilize carbon, thus creating an opportunity for MineralRite's proven technologies that will allow the company to be a leader in the environmental friendly processing of metals. MineralRite's first facility will recover gold and silver utilizing MineralRite's special technology from loaded activated carbon, which allows absorption of hundreds of ounces of gold per ton. In exchange for its services, MineralRite will receive a percentage of the precious metals recovered. The carbon will be reactivated and returned to the mining companies for re-utilization, thus protecting the environment and reducing costs. | HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS In most gold recovery processes the use of carbon in combination with other traditional chemicals to retrieve gold from finely granulated ore is standard. However its environmental impact can be devastating . Burning of used carbon in the stripping process puts significant amounts of CO2 into the atmosphere along with ash and highly toxic chemicals used in the leaching process. The EPA has legislated changes within the mining industry to eliminate harmful processes such as the burning of carbon, which creates significant pollutants to our atmosphere. Thus creating an opportunity for MineralRite's proven technologies that will allow the company to be a leader in the environmental friendly processing of metals recovery. MineralRite recycles, reactivates and ultimately allows their customers to reuse carbon in the use of precious metal recovery. Carbon Stripping Process Facility, Nevada: This facility will recover gold (and silver) utilizing MineralRite's special technology from loaded activated carbon, which allows absorption of hundreds of ounces of gold per ton of impregnated carbon. In exchange for services, MineralRite will receive a percentage of the precious metals recovered rather than a simple technology licensing fee. The carbon will be reactivated and returned to the mining companies for re-utilization, thus protecting the environment and reducing basic fixed product costs for these mining companies. The company's proprietary technologies related to the mineral extraction allows MRG to recover up to 20% more precious metals and rare earth oxides than the traditional "Carbon Stripping" process. | |
