The 2016 Stock Picking Contest As TheSlowLane has passed the torch to me, I will use the theme from the 2015 stock picking contest. "Hope Springs Eternal" The 2016 contest is dedicated to that irrepressible optimist in each of us who continues to insist on these contests in complete disregard of the previous outcomes of all such prior initiatives. Rules - Picks can be submitted until January 4, 2016. - Picks must by submitted with full company name and ticker symbol, with exchange e.g. "Chesapeake Gold CKG.V" and posted on this board. - Picks must trade on TSX, TSX.V or any US exchange - Picks must be in the mining/energy sectors. - Picks must not trade under .10 per share at the start of trading in 2016 Results from previous SI stock picking contests (2005-09 sponsored by SI member goldsheet):
