Hi every one: Some time ago one of my friend told me about a commerical he heard in a radio talk show about "rolling stocks" by Wade Cook. Later, I also listerned to the ad. In that Mr. Cook claimed that he uncovered a new concept called "rolling stock". According to him, it is quite simple; you buy a stock at say $2/share and wait until it goes up to say $3/share and sell it at that time; And wait until the share drop back to $2/share and do it again. The commercial had lot of "hype" (if I can use that word here). He also claimed that he had uncovered several stocks with this characteristics and any body can get this info by subscribing to his services (for a monthly fee!). Since I thought this sounded like one of those "too good to be true" items, I never thought of checking on his claims. However, recently I came across his book, Wall Street Money Machine. In that he claims that he did this with several stocks at different periods of times. The following stocks are mentioned in his book: 1. Motorola (bought at $50/share and sold at $60/share) 2. TCBY (bought @ $5.50 and sold @ $6.50) 3. Cineplex Odeon ($2.50 - $3.50) There are several things I'm curious about this. I invite any body to share any informations they have with us. 1. Does this "rolling stocks" system really exist? And can you make money in it? 2. If you have any experience with this, could you please share with us in this forum? (both negative and positive). 3. Please post your "rolling stocks" tips and any relevant infos, if you have any. (Mr. Cook claims that he get many stock tips from his subscribers). And finally thank you reading this post and patricipating in this new forum. Please don't "hype" any thing or "flame" any body here! Take care ----Salim | ||||||||||||
