Will be reporting late October 96. SOON. Conference in Monterey Oct
27-30. First time they have ever presented to investors. Seven to
nine new job postings, apps engineers and design engineers. Quarter
reported in July showed huge battery management growth, up 23% from last QUARTER! P/E is 20. PEG is 20/128%=0.156. Sell the stock in the low $30s.

Their revenues are growing at 22% to 27% (battery management is growing 100%+). But their P/E is only 20. Its under followed, I am designing in their parts. I see demand before the salesmen see it. They make what are called "smart Battery" products or "Battery Gas Gauges". They measure the current entering and exiting a battery. It knows the type of battery. It stays with the battery so even if you remove it, use it in another computer, partially charge it, it still knows how much charge it has. BMRQ markets very well. They have a good web site already and they are at most of the right conferences. Their Board of Directors is VERY good. Including Jack Kilby, the inventor of the IC. Other board members sit on the boards of Cyrix, Cirrus Logic, Mostek, Proteon, Convex Computer, and others. This tells me that they may be a new company, but they won't make mistakes. I see revs and earnings increasing at least 25% this year, as their other lines don't do as well as Batt Mang. If smart batteries take off, it can triple in 2 years. My sell target is $35, will reevaluate at $25. Chances of success: 80%. If they start to take off, it will take other companies at least 1 year to come out with competing products.

Rex
