Introduction Compact

This thread is for the stocks which have fallen on bad news or rumors
and have good potential of recovering. My pick is TEIM which was trading at $1 and now is at $.10. There have been several bad rumors
floating around it but I think by November it would take a comeback
and would be in a good shape.
