1. I am not the "uni-bomber"; I am not the Una-bomber, either;
2. I was a fee-paying member at Day Traders On-line from March through October, 1998, a member known at this trading chat site site (as well as every other) as "Ollie;"
3. the site which I launched August 31, 2000, Stock Operators, the only ever in our field to specifically prohibit analyst and staff trading of recommendations, and also any and all brokerage affiliations, operated for 3 1/2 months free of any cost except to myself, and was closed this past April. I have now turned to other matters. I shall not open this site again to any members, nor shall I ever work as an analyst in the day trading field again. I stated this earlier. I shall state it again;
4. I possess a great deal of irrefutable evidence supporting my every allegation, including those as concern the continuing illegal activities of Mr. Ray Johns and his company, Day Traders On-line;
5. I have in the past year been threatened by many more powerful interests than that of Mr. Ray Johns, as I posted here:

I shall not be intimidated by these transparent and baseless legal threats. I shall also always remember that, should I, due to legal actions or other ill effects, ever forget how to initiate the incendiary process, as Mr. Johns fears is a risk, I shall do one of two things:
a. go to the local drugstore and purchase a Zippo;
b. consult my wife, Anna, for guidance.
