Guidant torpedoes Cook. Has anyone read this? guidant.com I think the wording of the GDT press release basically says "screw Cook and screw Paclitaxel, we're going to greener pastures". This could tarnish the launch of Paclitaxel stents in the US and abroad. I think the only one who benefits from such language is JNJ. I never thought GDT could successfully acquire Cook without penalizing shareholders. See the last paragraph here... Message 17949433 Aus
