Ian - your hyping of BCE and Newbridge is getting boring...

I'm not interested - the thread isn't interested - and we certainly aren't interested in your erections :(

A post on the Newbridge referred to you as being "arrogant and childish" - I and others agree:

Or go here for a fuller run down:

Message 7729147

Yet - when I challenge you on the facts you act like the typical bully and claim you're being 'attacked' like an hysterical school girl.

You may be arrogant, but the caliber, content and tone of your posts leads me to believe that your arrogance is based on your own elevated sense of self-importance.

You've mentioned several times here that in your opinion VNE and the eMerge Alliance - and I suspect Citibank Canada, Inex Corporation and Net Merchant - are all scams.

If your short VNE then fine - that's a viable way to make $$. However, coming on here and repeatedly calling this a scam just makes you look like an even bigger idiot.

Insofar as your discovery today of the overseas PP - that's old News from 4 November 1998:

The debenture is convertible into Valu-Net shares at 30 cents by May 31, 1999. Two directors of the company subscribed for approximately 85 per cent of this debenture.

You're really on the ball with VNE - duh.

These shares most likely came into the market in December when VNE was trading at or above $0.50 for a quick profit. If the holders of the shares were lucky and held then they would have sold into the January surge and run up to $3+. The debenture was not subject to the 90 day hold - and given the upcoming detailed coverage of the eMerge Alliance in the financial press:

Message 7714302

it may not have been exercised to date.

Nice to see VNE up $0.12 today on a volume of ~114,000.

David.
