...in q4 1997 the Rabins were boasting to their shareholders at their annual meeting and annual report regarding Alpha Software's dominant revenues, top 50 PC software house in the country, 80% revenues derived from Kurzweil product line..all of which allowed to displace the existing SoftQuad management team and allow the Rabins to control this Company...yet everything the Rabins were boasting about [immediately] became worthless, of which, NASDAQ delisting, SoftQuad divestiture, Kurzweil adverse ruling, Alpha Software Discontinued Operations...were all proximate cause...the shareholders should 1. know this 2. simply be concerned about this management team and what they are capable of...saying and doing viz a viz q4 1997 going forward...things look promising...as they did for existing SWEBF shareholders q3 1997...
