LOL, you and several others George. I am sure that several people were whispering in Eric's ear (both inside and out) that Slitz was not good for the company and had to leave. I know that my posts about him early this year on SI documented my feelings of how he was hurting the future direction of NOVL. Take a read of these postings - the writing was on the wall even on SI... Message 8737717 Message 7509515 In that post I not only was nervous of Slitz, but it looks like I predicted the creation of the new "In The Net" Business Unit at Novell that will focus on services based on Novell technologies. A more direct prediction of the new "In The Net" group... Message 7511223 Unfortunately I didnt get the name of the group correct. :) One other thing to take note - we havent heard if Slitz left on his own reasons or if Eric asked him to please leave. Toy
