Does anyone know what UltraRF book of business is about. Are they primarily a distributor of other manufacturers semiconductor devices or is their sales mostly home-grown UltraRF devices My response was: UltraRF makes home grown power transistors that have performance specifications that match up with parts from other manf. Many end users like to have multiple sources or "equivelent" parts, rather than risk not being able to obtain production quantities if a problem develops at one vendor.
