DMX longs,
I've been more quiet lately squeezing everything into a few chosen posts.
I believe I was correct in assessing this was a time for quiet; but, as you'll see below my estimates of future events were consistently clear.
In the last months I have been accused of being a cheer leader (SH), pumper (SH), and completely wrong (e-mail).
I now formally respond: bite me
I believe we will pass that inspection first time because both parties are serious and capable

The inspection said keep holding and I have reason to believe we did well. Which moves to 'approvable' and J&J.

I have real confidence DMX will see its way through to passing triggering the J&J deal. I feel just as confident the final decisions will be made leading to an approval triggering a market launch. This is based on the numerous readings of FDA procedures and policies. Despite others' doubts, I read it as nearly inevitable from this point

FDA/J&J is the single most important CURRENT play however and I'm comfortable the inspection pass is the final test of that aside from marketing/labelling decisions.

I see 2 possible scenarios:
1. Pass inspection. Get approvable letter. Sign with J&J. Finalize labelling, marketing, advertising words, etc. Launch at some future date.
2. Correct errors and pass reinspection. Get approvable letter. Sign with J&J. Finalize labelling, marketing, advertising words, etc. Launch at some future date.
According to my reading inspection is the last 'test'. The following quote posted earlier suggests to me there is a decent chance of passing the first time - but I'm satisfied with either scenario.

...
We entered the chute when the inspection was scheduled with the FDA.
For anyone that didn't see that, I'm buying the last pieces of what's not nailed down - including selling other stocks to aquire more. The reason is that the stock is cheaper now at 5.50 than it was yesterday at 4.30 because those that need reasons to speculate will increasingly get them.
I've already had 3 conversations about a J&J deal in a few days. Forget that. Just realize the criteria for the J&J deal to become official and the first payment to be made have been met and start waiting for that Approvable Letter.
I have no expectations of DMX short term shareprice except volatility. Not minutely relevant.
Rebecca - Knew you would. You go girl.
