Don't remember if the article was an external url open to public,
but if anyone here feels it on-topic enough then i will scope it out.
I'am on Si postings record with opinion that in 5 years Russia
will increase in stability and wealth to a degree equal to that
which the United States will decrease such that planet Earth
will have them both as near equal superpowers, while China
in my opinion as relected in this banking situation will never
obtain that type of power that is arrived at from the populace.
The short version as to why is that Russia's government will
be controled by hard line communist similiar to that which
existed in the past USSR, but unlike then, now the economy
and related parts will be run like a Warren Buffet business
using the best of the best Mob folks like in Chicago during
them days you could buy a machine gun at local hardware store.
The Mob controls everything money related, including tax collection,
and the communist party members control the people and military.
The Mob has local & state police forces, while communist has
the federal aka military internal & external forces funded fully from
"generous" amounts from the Mob per agreeement to exist and
become of the law, rather than outside it. Very Efficient.
Who should we buy?
Would we rotate around the Mining Insight categories
of
Early Exploration,
Advanced Exploration,
Feasibility and Producers?
Should we post those 4 sectors as a basis for
further analysis, discussion and review?
... you have done this thread and me a world of service
with your frank comments and unselfish analysis.
I just wonder if we shouldn't have a contingency plan discussion
in case some of Old 49 Errors are not mistakes :o)
like there really is an over supply of above ground silver.
