Glenn,

GDT is up since its nadir several months ago, but I think management really leaves
a lot to be desired. First, the way the coated stent issue was handled was poor and
now the AAA stent issue which really will rattle investor confidence in management
and stain the reputation of this great company.

The coated stent issue just gets worse and worse...
