You have a good point there... Of course he does, he is after all an honourable man that God talks to.

| Santiago,
"God's Word is everything to the born again Christian. Yes, He truly speaks to those who seek him in love and in truth."
You're right, God once truly spoke to me very briefly (audibly) in response to prayer. Though, the prayer had taken place over a period of several months before and when I heard God's voice I wasn't praying or even thinking about God. But I won't be dogmatic and say that this happens often as I have no idea if it does. I don't hear people talk about this (except for obvious fakers like Pat Robertson and Jimmy Swaggart) so it may be kind of rare. Is your statement above based on personal experience, that is, has God spoken to you? And I mean really spoken. I'm talking about hearing, not feeling something within.

| Santiago, re. your comment about God not audibly speaking for 2000 years, guess you should tell God about that. About prophecy or spiritual powers, if anyone tells you they are a prophet or have any spiritual powers, you should almost automatically not believe them. All I know is I heard nine words. I can't be the only one who has.
