OK Arnie, I threw it out for feedback and corrections and you make a good point. How to handle AMCI's preferred shares? Here are three key links to the AMCI/TMM deal: tmmgroup.com Message 2344614 Message 2522527 While the merger started in June, the final agreement was in October so I'm not clear on the anniversary date (we usually talk about June). If there is no buyout I expect the preferred stock will stay that way and some portion of Trudef sales will apparently be used to pay down the $ 2 million to AMCI. If there is a buyout then probably $ 2 million would go to AMCI first, makes sense. Now you've got me down to ~19 cents worst case to ~28 cents best case. As far as the delays, broken promises, etc. go, I think the worst we can accuse Tom of being is over-optomistic. Everyone agrees he has made substantial efforts to revive this comatose patient. Its Easter or Passover Arnie, you've got to have a little faith<g>. Bruce
