It's Just My Humble Due Diligence Opinion (Part 3)
Jim, Here is my next step. I want to reassess my humble personal opinion on the companies that CSHK claims they own.
Let's go back to George's report. He mentions two companies. We'll take them one at a time.
First, we have the kitty litter. That's A.R. Brooks and Associates. George, as you saw, really likes this kitty litter. I think he's in the minority, because he's the only person I can find (besides you smart guys on the thread) that ever heard of A.R. Brooks. Now I'm not saying they don't exist, I'm just saying that it's a rumor. I don't know where they are exactly, or even if they are, I just can't find anything on them at all. I found a few other things that sell the exact same kind of kitty litter, but nothing on A.R. Brooks.
And, Jim, you know I even asked on the SI thread and struck out. No help from any of the smart guys at all. No address, no phone, nothing. It's frustrating, I'll tell you that.
The other Cashco company, that's 11th Hour Software. George says in his special report that you can "view a beta version" of this life saving product (just MHO) at the web site,
11th-hoursw.com
...but to me, that looks like a rumor too! (IMHO) All I can "view" today is some bogus under-construction pages that don't work and some really bad spelling. I hate bad spelling anyway, but I really hate it on a Y2K site. "Comming Soon". Wow.
This is not a good thing for any company with the software program that will fix the most infamous glitch facing 20th century technology, am I right? You know I am!
There is one thing that is really interesting about the site though, and I'll get back to it in a minute, but you may want to check that site out quick, because the rumor is that it won't be there very long. Just a rumor, just my personal opinion.
Jim, I'll have to be honest here. I'm not the most sophisticated web surfer on the face of the earth, but it seems to me, and correct me if I'm wrong, that this company ought to have a working web site if they have the Year 2000 Solution ready to roll into the stores. They ought to have a phone number there at the factory or whatever it is. Am I making any sense here? I mean, did George actually look for this beta version before he wrote the report? If he did, then he seems to be in error, IMHO. And if he didn't then he seems to be in error, IMHO. I was finally able to get a little information on 11th Hour Software Productions, but that will be later on in my due diligence. You get my drift, right?
(I got that "drift" comment from a guy named Mark. What a card!)
In his special report, George also mentions "...a binding letter of intent with Merced, Inc., of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, for the exclusive worldwide license to sell market, and distribute a software program that will fix the most infamous glitch facing 20th century technology..."
I won't get into the picayune stuff like the 11th Hour web site doesn't actually say they can fix "the most infamous glitch facing the 20th century", (I personally think George did a descent job with the material he had to work with) or the fact that if you want to get that glitch fixed maybe you can call the people that make the software directly, or where George gets these revenue numbers he's putting on his special report, because I don't know where he got the numbers and I have not been able to verify them.
What bothers me most, Jim, is that I just can't find anything about this Merced Inc. of Palm Beach Gardens! No address, no phone, nothing. All I have is a web site that has some bad spelling and no software for the Big Fix. Weird, huh? It seems like just another rumor, does it not? Stop me if I'm getting out of line here.
George also mentions some testing of the software that was performed by "Internet FX Design Concepts of Houston Texas". I thought I was on the right track there, because an Internet company always has an Internet site, right?
Wrong! These guys don't. I looked, and a Deputy Chickerati looked real hard. And he is a damn good looker. You can understand my consternation here, I trust. No phone, no address, no web site. Not in Houston, not in Dallas, not in the United States. There are things that come close, but close don't count.
But, Jim, I did not despair! There are guys out there to help me in my hour of need. There are a few guys on the SI thread that appear to me to know a lot more than I do about this stock, and it looks like they want to help us all out. That's just my personal opinion, you know.
We have a few other people that like this stock. Besides you, we have:
JoeTurmaine: Message 4206696
John Chapman: Message 4208914
(He started the thread on a wing and a prayer. Can you follow his train of thought in this post? I'm stumped)
kevinl: Message 4196572
(You know him, right?)
Brady B.: Message 4211376
(A bizarre defense of the word "ethical', huh? Brady is in Texas, maybe he is another one of your partners?)
Big Dog: Message 4209643
(The Dog sounds pretty sharp, right?)
targetzero: Message 4209560
(a nifty marketing concept, hope Rhonda is paying attention)
and finally,
TheBigSur: Message 4208030
(Big Sur" is kind of a lame double entendre, IMHO, but it shows promise. You can see from his profile that he's a new member of SI, but there's a rumor about that too.)
There are a few others, you know them all real well I guess, but you get the point; you guys all seem to know more about all this than I can find out. It can be frustrating not being able to access any information on the company except through the company itself. Well, frustrating for the average ordinary investor, I should say, maybe not to all you guys personally. Of course, I can't speak for you, these are all just my own opinions. |
