Hmmm, interesting. Per IPO central 14.658 million outstanding after the 13 m offering. No way this can be the case since Paul Allen owns over 50% of the company. With the other investments in the company, my guess would be your figure closer to 50 million would be correct.

Couldn't find anything in the SEC filings... but at least for the next 3 months you only have to worry about the 13 million as the "float."
