Yeah, funny eh ... did your longs here ever admit that they don't even know who the board of this one are? .... not keeping up on the thread here.

As for the Belize housing thing - i know more than a little of construction at that latitude, and the whole idea of selling those people trailers [or 'modular housing', or 'pre-fab homes', whatever - 'trailers' in Canada] is absurd - even if assembled in-country at local labor rates the materials would be ridiculously expensive .... also people don't trust light materials, they blow away when comes the huracán ... another reason for wanting massive weight in construction is to get the flywheel effect on temperature, to carry the cool of the night through as much as possible of the day. People want a house of 'material' - cement - cheap strong heavy cement blocks well and cheaply joined by cement grout applied by skilled masons, of which there are many [that last may not be true in B, beliceños are not known in the neighboring estados of M for an ability to work].

But then it was maybe just another of those non-reporting bulletin board projects, anyway, huh.
