When did this "sponsored by Datek" logo start showing up? Those of us who ponied up their bucks to join SI expected a commercial free site. We expect advertising as the price to pay for participating on Yahoo, RagingBull, MotleyFool, and all those other sites. But SI is more like Public TV -- we paid for it outside of advertising. P.S. Datek seems to be violating the Terms of Use not only by spamming (everybody!), but by posting many more than 20 messages every 6 hours. Terminate those guys!!!

Bob, in surfing some old posts yesterday, I found an anomaly which I had never seen on SI before. I saw this post #17 and noticed that there were no responses to it. Message 8320807 however, i read down the thread and found posts #19 and #20, in fact were responses to #17. Message 8322448 Message 8322470 what's up with that?

Oops - when I first came on I saw that the Datek was gone, and I was writing to thank you. But then it came back. I need to analyze this more, obviously. Maybe it's just there for older messages (I found this one to respond directly to you.) If it's gone for current messages, thank you. And if this is the case I hope others who were disturbed by it will also thank you and the others publicly.
