Jacalyn: The Internet is in its infancy and the future looks bright with US$1 or US$2 trillion up for grabs not too far down the road. One thing I learned following Bid.Com from Cdn$2.50/share to $33.70/share was the key to this game is to get your name known, especially if your Internet company becomes a household name. You could be away to the races. Now that's one of the main reasons why I bought x-stream. They are in the top 3 in free Internet across the UK, with 70 more killing themselves to get a piece of the Free Internet business, X-Stream has plans to set up throughout Europe and the world. Being 1st. in free Internet will make them a household name in the U.K and Europe. Not only will this be very attractive to advertisers, but they have the potential then of branching into x-stream e-commerce. The sky would be the limit. Another reason I bought them was because they only had 1.9 million shares in the float. I'm used to 40-50 million shares on the market. Bid.com falls in that category. I always check the number of shares but I was so anxious, a little while ago, I purchased shares in a company called SKG on the TSE in a mad rush a few week ago only to find out they have 150 million shares issued. So I would say there are lots of people bought x-stream because of the low number of shares in the float. It's not going to be easy for x-stream to increase their numbers of shares without going through the Nasdaq and shareholders for approval. It took Ebay on the Nasdaq 6 months to add a few shares to their float and tons of red tape. The last time I talked to x-stream, I was told they were in a "quiet period", so therefore, could not talk very much in detail about the company. I was given the impression there will be tons of news releases over the next little while.!!! One of the biggest pluses X-Stream has going for it right now is there name is known in the U.K. and that's the name of the game!!

Let me see if I have this right. You think or feel that over the past few years, Manning, Lehmans, the Caper brothers, Michael Langdon and others, have tried to figure out what to do with their Firecrest/Megacom shares. They joined with Canadian people {XStream Technology} to become a Delaware Corporation and then sell shares on the OTC BB. They then contacted Wayne Rumball, who is also Canadian, for him and his people to "discover" this unknown stock, hype it, set up an XSNI thread on SI, and then dump it. In that way they could rid themselves of some of these shares on the "run up" to $6. In addition, there are an unknown number of millions of shares just waiting to be dumped come June 30. Is that about it? Why would Lehmans and Manning get involved in this type of conspiracy?

Are you crazy or are they?

Jacalyn, a few questions:

1. Did Lehmans confirm that XSNI is the proper stock symbol for X-Stream the free UK ISP?
2. You say Lehmans confirmed they represent X-stream. Did they say for what purpose?
3. You say two years ago there was a private placement. Placement in what? X-Stream the ISP did not even EXIST two years ago.
4. You say each Megacom Shareholder got one share of XSNI. Or, did they to get one share of the alleged upcoming IPO?

No disrespect meant, but I think I will call Mr. Andy Laslow at Lehmans on Monday. Jeff
